Return & Refund Policy

Clear, Fair, and Transparent Returns

1. Standard Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ayu Hina. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, unopened packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items

Because we sell personal care and herbal beauty products, strict hygiene standards apply. Certain types of items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Important: We cannot accept returns on any henna, hair colour, powders, or skincare products if the seal is broken or if the product has been opened or used. Please ensure you order the correct item before opening the package.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on final sale or special clearance discounts
  • Customized or bulk wholesale orders (unless defective)

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your product is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When contacting us about a damaged or incorrect item, please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and the shipping box.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@ayuhina.co or call our toll-free number 1800 5700 108.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), Ayu Hina will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a free pickup where available.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
