Shipping Policy

Fast and Secure Delivery Direct from Sojat, Rajasthan

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our manufacturing facility in Sojat within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen postal delays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners to ensure your herbal products reach you safely and quickly.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. *(If you offer free shipping over a certain amount, you can note that here, e.g., "Free shipping on orders over ₹499.")*

3. International Shipping

As a global exporter of henna and herbal products, we proudly offer international shipping to various countries.

  • Delivery Time: International deliveries generally take between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country's customs and postal processes.
  • Shipping Charges: International shipping rates vary by destination and package weight. The exact cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Ayu Hina (Mukesh Kumar & Company) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the courier partner's website.

5. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
  • If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at 1800 5700 108. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

6. Damages During Transit

We take extreme care in packaging our products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged items and packaging to process a replacement or claim with the courier.
